Acacia Property Care is a property maintenance and compliance coordination service run by Pete Kempe from Chagford, Devon. It works for holiday let owners, managing agents and residential landlords across Dartmoor, Okehampton, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Bovey Tracey, Torquay, Torbay and South Devon.
- Compliance Check: £195, up to three hours on site, photo report within 48 hours.
- Property Watch: scheduled visits between lets, from £65 per visit.
- Reactive call-outs: from £75, including the first hour on site.
- Gas (CP12), electrical (EICR) and PAT testing are carried out and certified by qualified engineers that Acacia books and coordinates.
- Pete has 20+ years in carpentry and multi-trade property maintenance, including contracts management.
- £5m public liability insurance. Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
